Job Description
Title: Associate – Service Representative
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion to FTE)
Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST
Working Location: Mississauga, ON (in office 2 days a week, 1 set day one floating)
Role Mandate: Candidate will be joining the Mortgage Servicing team responsible for the end-to-end management of the mortgage process, assisting specifically with the discharge process.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

- Completing Optimizer requests.
- Processing FCT payouts.
- Actively working the shared mailbox.
- Actively checking voicemail box and responding accordingly.
- Navigating multiple internal systems daily.
- Attention to detail/Organizational skills.
- Time Management.
- Excellent communication skills [verbal and written].
- Collaboration & team skills.
- Willing to Learn.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite.
