As part of Global Brand & Creative Solutions, the Client Brand Studio team is looking to curate provide a suite of creative production and sponsorship solutions for brands.
As one of the North America Program Managers for one of Client Brand Studio solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with Client’s overarching business goals and values—driving meaningful advertiser impact and revenue growth at scale.
Reporting to the Director, Client Brand Studio this role requires an autonomous, creative, and customer-focus mindset with an understanding of full-funnel advertising industry knowledge, production and creator expertise and an ability to learn how to operate at the intersection of creative, strategy, ad tech, and vendor and client management.

Responsibilities:
Solution Management
- Owns the end-to-end development and ongoing enhancement of core offerings
- Incubate new or improved solution offerings in partnership with cross-functional (XFN) teams, accelerating adoption across key funnel moments, go-to-market launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Partners closely with XFN teams—including Product, GCO, Marketing, and Comms—to strategically embed solutions into priority programs and campaigns.
- Designs and deploys operational workflows and automation, ensuring seamless tracking of solution redemption, revenue impact, and performance
- Cascades data-driven insights and learnings to influence further iterations and advancements
- Manages budget and finances to track impact of our suite of solutions
- Effortlessly build trusted relationships with sales and 3rd party vendors by establishing yourself as the key point of contact for our suite of solutions
- Works collaboratively with key cross-functional team members Legal Marketing, Engineering, Product and Business Development to seamlessly produce brand-specific activations and executions
- Informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in the creative, production, creators industries.
- Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience with creative agency, platform, brand or transferable background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated basic understanding of the platform, agency and brand dynamics of digital marketing
- Proven ability to help manage large and small-scale campaign production
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously
- Experience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (i.e. advertisers and vendors)
- Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A customer-first approach to problem-solving
- Ability to to advocate for work that reflects company brand standards
