B.S and 4 YOE, M.S. and 2 YOE
• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biophysics or closely related field
• 2+ years of experience in industrial analytical laboratories supporting analysis and characterization of protein therapeutics
• Advanced technical expertise in analytical methodologies used to characterize protein therapeutics including mass spectrometry (MS), CE-SDS, IEX, and RP.
• Experience with MS, CE and LC instruments handling and troubleshooting
• Experience with MS, CE and LC operation and data analysis software
• Experience in method qualification, method transfers, method validation, and method troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of data processing and analysis tools in Excel and other statistical software
• Ability to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate effectively
• Ability to independently prioritize, manage and schedule multiple tasks in order to meet deliverables
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic lab notebook (ELN)

Day to Day Responsibilities:
The role involves performing analytical characterization of protein therapeutics using techniques such as MS, CE-SDS, IEX and RP, as well as operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting MS, CE, and LC instruments and associated software. Responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting activities, analyzing and interpreting data using Excel and statistical tools, and ensuring data quality and integrity. The position requires accurate documentation of experimental work in electronic lab notebooks (ELN) independent prioritization and management of multiple tasks to meet project timelines, and clear communication of technical results through written reports and verbal discussions.
