Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist (Quality Agreements)
Work Location: Worcester, MA, 01604
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite
 
Position Summary: Under general supervision oversee the completion and accuracy of the following:
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare new quality agreements with various Suppliers and Clients
• Update and maintain existing quality agreements
• Upload quality agreement in document repository
• Create client quality agreement template for alignment
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws
• Comply with all GxP and safety requirements, SOPs and company policies and procedures

 
Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in supplier quality management and generating quality agreements.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems, cGMPs, ICH, EU, FDA and MHRA regulations and requirements.
• Business scientific and personal computer hardware and software applications, including advanced knowledge of word processing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers orally and in writing.
• Business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Attention to detail.
• BS/BA in related field.
