Position Title: Associate Electrical Engineer
Work Location: Tucson, AZ 85755
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments.
General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learns to use organizational concepts, policies and procedures, and follows standard practices.

• Participates in design concept generation, design reviews, development and testing.

• Assists in reliability testing and assessment of system interactions.

• Makes suggestions to improve work processes and assists in reducing to practice patentable inventions.

• Works on projects of moderate scope requiring analysis of identifiable factors.

• Participates in technical team activities and presents data within the group.

• Monitors work to ensure quality and promotes Quality First Time.

• Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting to determine root cause and engineering solutions.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a directly related engineering discipline.

• Entry-level; 2 years of related experience preferred.

• Knowledge of basic and some specialized engineering techniques.

• Familiarity with searching technical literature.

• Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, graphical and presentation software applications.
