Overview
The Product & Regulatory Operations organization plays a critical role in ensuring user and business safety across platforms by delivering operational support for emerging and high-priority initiatives. This team works closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support initiatives that drive product growth, engagement, and quality. This role is ideal for professionals with strong product sense who thrive in complex, multi-platform environments and can leverage data analysis, storytelling, and operational rigor to improve product experiences while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational awareness.
Key Responsibilities

Support program execution strategies across multiple product and platform areas, including:

Launching 0-to-1 initiatives

Accelerating execution

Improving quality and outcomes through scalable, programmatic solutions

Collect, analyze, and interpret product and user data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to clearly communicate findings and support stakeholder decision-making.

Provide end-to-end program management by identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, predicting roadblocks, and executing plans effectively.

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and collaboration.

Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and clearly communicate rationale, progress, and updates to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications -
8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management, or a degree in project management, business, marketing, finance, or operations with a strong focus on product operations.

Strong critical-thinking skills with demonstrated experience using data to anticipate issues, unblock challenges, and drive solutions.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Experience developing, improving, and scaling operational systems and tools.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, coordinate effectively, and influence stakeholders.

Experience resolving conflicts by identifying tradeoffs, setting priorities, and driving win-win outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to assess risk and prioritize initiatives effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
