This role involves managing benefits for the Costa Rica plant. The role includes providing vendor management support and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate. Additionally, the role involves collaborating on benefits-related implementation projects.
 
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3 years of essential experience related to benefits
Advanced English level B2+ or C1 85-90%
Detail-oriented, Analytical, Customer service, Stakeholder management
Knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus
This role interacts with all levels of the organization, including employees and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
