Job Title: Field Service Technician II 
Location: Arnold, MO 63010
Duration: 3 Months (Temp to hire)
Shift: 1st shift 5 days 40hr a week with OT/weekends and afterhours required, Will there be OC (on call)? Yes, rotation based • Will there be shift differentials? No

Description:

• Supporting various clients with hands on break-fix/IMAC/project support and other cases by traveling to various locations. Updating and maintaining all administrative tasks associated with assigned cases including scheduling visits / equipment ordering, tracking, and returning of equipment / real time updates of case notes and required communication.
• This is a customer facing traveling position handling break/fix, IMAC and project work for various clients, daily travel is required along with being part of an afterhours on call rotation for assigned areas. Nights and weekends are required as part of the on-call rotation.

• Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A+ or similar, any manufacture cert such as Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark etc.
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $22/hr
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies, 50 - 150 depending on case
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 50 miles
