Title: Organizational Effectiveness Manager
Duration: 10+ Months (Possibility of extension based on performance and the business requirements)
Location: Fully Remote
Shift: 8-5 Standard Working Hours
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
• Demonstrated Change Management Skills, including developing actionable and targeted communication and enablement plans
• Skilled problem solver who seeks to understand and then offers directions and solutions to problems
• Ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities
• Excellent with the Microsoft Office toolset, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Overview:
The client is seeking a Technology: Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Manager focused on organizational change management and communications. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong contributor with more than five years of related work experience.
The OE Manager will develop organizational change management and communications strategies to achieve the client's business objectives within Technology and for the company. The OE Manager will lead projects and provide consulting advice to product teams to ensure their programs have the necessary components for staff to successfully adopt new processes and systems.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain and execute communication and enablement plans
• Meet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and execute deliverables
• Draft, review, and send content related to change plan
• Analyze feedback and make recommendations for agile updates to the change strategy
• Identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics
