Job Title: Agentblazer Ranch Associate Event Manager
Duration: 12 months
Location: San Francisco, CA
 

• Event coordination for smaller programs on the Agentblazer Ranch floor, 10-20 people total
  • One of our other contractors will handle larger programs/events.
• End to event coordination
• Hard Requirements
  • 2 years experience with events
    • End to end coordination
  • Hospitality (Hotels) or tech company experience
    • Tech company – Worked within internal employee engagment events would be perfect! Ideally in person events.
      • these people understand the lingo/expectations of corporate events.
  • G-Suite Experience
  • Flexible per event schedule
    • Will need to stay to 7 PM some nights (very rare) but it will be required based on the participants request
• Preferred:
  • Experience building slide decks (Google Slides)
    • BIG bonus - if the person has a creative eye and can help adjust or build slide decks for the team, the manager would be very excited!
  • Slack - does not need to have used Slack in a professional capacity, if they've used it in their personal life, it's a bonus.
  • BS Degree
    • If no BS degree but very strong experience (with more than 2 years of experience within events, send to me for review)
• Red Flags
  • Job hoppers – she’d like to see tenure at past roles. If multiple past roles are under a year, she will eb concerned.
  • Trade Show experience
