Job Description
Position Title: Senior LTSS Service Care Manager (RN).
Work Location: Hybrid, 2 days remote, 3 days member facing (Source from McAllen, Edinburg)
Assignment Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Job Description:
Face to Face assessments completed 3 days out of the week with 2 documentation days, completing tasks, submitting all forms/assessments within turnaround times, completing outreaches
