Position Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Work Location: Marlborough, MA 01752
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Role Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and partner to the business, leveraging your deep understanding of industry trends, business operations, and talent acquisition best practices. You will engage, assess, and hire top talent to support Client's mission, while managing candidate relationships, conducting interviews, performing assessments, and making job offers. You will collaborate with Sourcing to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates to meet both short and long-term business objectives. Additionally, you will ensure that the business is equipped with effective processes and information to support successful hiring.
Knowledge Requirements:
• Market Knowledge and Insight: Deep understanding of labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic sourcing and recruiting decisions.
• Workforce Planning: Ability to partner with business leaders to anticipate and plan for hiring needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Assessments: Familiarity with employment assessment tools and their appropriate application in the selection process.
• Employer Branding & Talent Management: Expertise in employer branding and talent management practices to position Client as an employer of choice.
Skills Requirements:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI tools and data-driven technologies, with the ability to leverage these for process efficiency and strategic decision-making.
• Data Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.
• People Skills: High level of empathy and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Business Skills: Commercial acumen and a broad understanding of business operations, with the ability to align talent acquisition efforts to business strategy.

• Consulting Skills: Ability to assess business challenges and partner with leaders to develop innovative talent solutions.

• Experience partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational talent needs.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data and technology to drive recruitment outcomes.
• Experience with employer branding, talent management, and assessment tools is highly advantageous.
• Prior exposure to transformation and change management initiatives in HR or talent acquisition functions is preferred.
