Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst IV
Duration: 7 months
Location: Remote
Summary:
The main function of the sales operations analyst is to improve the organisations market position and achieve financial growth. They must help define long term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities and negotiate/close business deals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Keep up to date with overall business trends
• Researching market trends, customer industries and competition in the market
• Identify potential new clients and decision makers within an organisation
• Build relationships and arrange meetings with key figures
• Plan and deliver pitches to prospective clients
• Participate in pricing and negotiation of future solutions and service delivery
• Forecasting of anticipated sales and deals
• Maintaining records and tracking sales activity
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of the relevant market/industry
• Advanced presentation abilities
• Good organisation and planning
• Networking and relationship building
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer sciences, finance, marketing or other relevant field.
