Job Description

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager V
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote
 
Summary:
  • The main function of marketing manager is to run marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing marketing staff.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to support the launch of our products
  • Provide critical support on unplanned high-priority projects, working through ambiguity to create structure and execution plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends in target markets; collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders supporting the success of the Wearables business to ensure tight alignment of strategy and execution
  • Build strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools, etc.) to identify and prioritize business development opportunities and drive the Wearables mission forward
  • Identify and resolve critical program risks, particularly with an eye toward external factors like industry trends and partners
  • Lead work across teams to inform annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organised and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must Have Skills:
  • Portfolio strategy
  • Consumer insight identification
  • Developing documents
  • Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Skills:
  • Consumer product marketing (launching physical consumer products)
  • Experience identifying levers for in-market growth
  • Building out operations for an organization
  • Master's degree preferred
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
