Summary:
The Accessioner is responsible for processing laboratory samples and ensuring accurate documentation. This role involves cataloging patient specimens—including blood, urine, or tissue—for laboratory analysis, with a primary focus on blood samples. Diagnostic and treatment decisions rely on the accuracy of the specimens processed.Essential Duties

• Receive and triage all specimens for clinical testing
• Manage clinical information within the LIMS database
• Perform internal audits of clinical charts
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure testing accuracy

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• AS or BS degree in Biological Sciences preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
