This is an exciting opportunity to help build out the testing practice for our client in their ServiceNow Platform!  The ServiceNow QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow Platform, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Asset Management and other products.  This role involves both manual testing and a strong focus on automation using the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF).  The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of QA methodologies, experience with ServiceNow, and the ability to create and maintain automated test scripts.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing. 
• Utilize the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools. 
• Collaborate with developers, Business System Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Support end users in completing User Acceptance Testing. 
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality. 
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed analysis on testing activities and outcomes. 
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing. 

 
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with manual testing and test case development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its various modules.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and Selenium.
• Familiarity with QA tools to track test cases and defects. 
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
