Position Title: Administrative Support
Location: Congress Avenue – 319 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Austin, TX 78701
Assignment Length: 4 Months
Schedule:

40 hours per week

Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Role Responsibilities

Schedule management, document scanning, and appropriate follow-up for rescheduling

Strong knowledge of billing and insurance processes
-
Monitor patient feedback and assist with outreach as needed

Perform all front-of-house duties, including:
-
Patient check-in and check-out
-
Insurance verification
-
Printing and paperwork tasks
-
Copay collection
-

Support in-office providers with ad hoc requests
-
Desktop and front desk management
-
Perform daily opening and closing duties

Maintain office upkeep and organization, including:
-
Ensuring a professional appearance of patient- and employee-facing spaces
-
Restocking supplies in waiting areas, exam rooms, and restrooms

Requirements
-
Minimum of 12 months of relevant customer service experience
-
Healthcare experience preferred
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-
Confident and professional communication with patients and clinical staff
