Job Description
Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager III
Location: 12 Months
Duration: New York, NY (Onsite)
This PMT is responsible for our internal Ads Product launch tool - Launchpad, which is key for Ads Product Go-to-Market support closely with engineering teams to design and deliver solutions
Purpose of the Team and key projects: This PMT is responsible for key marketing placements on Client’s Ads Console, which are changing in 2026.
Candidate Requirements
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills
1. Roadmap for backend marketing infrastructure components, product or program management experience
2. Write clear technical requirements
3. Tradeoffs of a product
4. Experience working with offshore engineering
Nice to haves
(Top 3 ranked in importance)
1. knowledge of data architecture, APIs
2. Understanding of marketing and advertising use cases
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Years of Experience: 5 Years
Degree/ Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
What background does someone have that is successful in this role?: Technical product or program management experience, Experience in project management methodologies and business analysis
