Role Overview

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a talented Content & SEO Specialist to drive our digital presence and lead generation across the LATAM region. This role will leverage exceptional Spanish-language content creation, digital marketing, and SEO expertise to optimize web content and sales collateral for staffing and workforce solutions. The right candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, deeply understands LATAM culture, and has hands-on experience with technical and content SEO for B2B brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, write, edit, and optimize compelling Spanish-language content for the company’s LATAM website(s), landing pages, blogs, and social media channels to engage both candidates and clients.
  • Localize and adapt global content for the LATAM region, ensuring tone, terminology, and messaging align with market nuances and SPECTRAFORCE’s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft persuasive Spanish-language collateral, including case studies, brochures, email templates, and presentations tailored for staffing/HR audiences in the region.
  • Conduct strategic SEO keyword research and competitive analysis in Latin American markets; implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to maximize organic visibility and site performance.
  • Optimize and audit site structure, metadata, content architecture, and internal linking to align with search trends and compliance standards.
  • Monitor analytics and content performance through tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console; regularly report insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on Google algorithm updates, technical SEO trends, and staffing/employment market shifts relevant to content and SEO strategies in LATAM.
  • Ensure all digital content reflects SPECTRAFORCE’s DEI commitments, legal/privacy standards, and LATAM market regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; fluent English required.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in content creation and SEO.
  • Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Spanish.
  • Proven experience managing web content, localizing global messaging, and developing persuasive sales collateral for LATAM audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEO ranking factors and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GSC).
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and content collaboration workflows.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and deadline-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of LATAM legal/privacy standards for digital and marketing content.
  • Knowledge of UX writing, CRO, and persona-based targeting.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and sales enablement tactics.
