Job Description: Summary:
- The Project Coordinators may act as the day-to-day point of contact for projects within our portfolio, handling workflow and operations so Project Managers may support strategic initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4+ years of project management experience (lead data annotator/QA preferred)
- Strong Excel + SQL skills
- Strong XFN collaboration (stakeholders, engineers, legal)
Nice-to-have Skills
- Meta experience
Responsibilities
- Overseeing projects with PjM guidance and support
- Attending and pulling documentation for weekly business reviews with vendors for each project; you may lead these calls at times too
- Driving the development of guidelines for projects, validating inputs with PjM and Product XFNs
- Conducting or reviewing root cause analyses to validate accuracy and insights
- Cascading quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams
- Proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, alerting and looping in PjMs as needed for escalation
- Advising team on best practice for quality assurance and data annotation
- Collaborating with the project manager to standardize training/onboarding
- Collaborating with the project manager to monitor rater performance
- Willingness to work with vendors across multiple time zones
- Making informed decisions that balance impact with tradeoffs, navigating complex projects with ambiguous factors
- Scope out project requirements, including staffing requirements, with PjM support
- Support with any additional tasks to help with program excellence
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
Surrounding team & key projects:
- A part of Product Data and Operations team, will be overseeing a group of DLA’s, supporting projects/vendor annotation ratings. Will be managing various reports and strong data analysis required. Bug triage, general QA skills and XFN coordination required.
