Job Title: Senior. Scrum Master
Length of Contract: 12 Months with possible extension
Work Model: Preference is for hybrid coming 2–3x per week to office. Will consider fully remote on an exception basis.

Job Description
Leads and coaches teams in their adoption of Scrum theory. Supports and guides teams to execute the Scrum Framework successfully and continuously improve their productivity and performance. Guides teams and product owners through the adoption of agile practices. Supports the delivery of the product backlog, prioritizes work for upcoming sprints and keeps teams on task and time. Facilitates collaboration across teams and stakeholders including product owners. Enables teams by helping to remove obstacles to delivery and success.

- Coaches the team to apply the techniques of Agile Methodology with Scrum Framework to enable their success and the workflow process.
- Ensures scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximizing the performance of the team.
- Monitors and improves the scrum process and project progress; helping to resolve impediments in the development process.
- Helps teams and stakeholders to understand when to enact Scrum practices and empirical product development.
- Protects the team from any distractions and interference that results in the delay of delivering the business value.
- Commercial or TPS experience is not mandatory but an asset. Experience in the banking industry is needed.
- Team Setup: Standing up a new team
- Current Projects: TPS Onboarding Platform Enhancements to streamline client onboarding / improve customer experience
- Tools Used: Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Figma (all of the ones you’ve mentioned)

- Strong facilitation and communication – Runs effective scrum events and can challenge/address anti-patterns and the status quo
