Position Title: Maintenance Tech
Work Location: 735 Pennsylvania Drive, Exton, PA 19341
Assignment Duration: 03 Months
Work Schedule: Second Shift – 3:30 PM to 12:00 Midnight, Sunday through Thursday
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
Under supervision, the Technician II Building Services is to be a contributor in maintaining all aspects of a clean, secure and safe work environment throughout the biomedical site, with specific attention to assuring products and facilities are of consistent and high quality.

Background & Context:
The organization operates in a highly regulated biomedical manufacturing environment focused on regenerative medicine, biomaterials, and medical device applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for entire facility.

• Duties will include but not be limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, window glass cleaning and floor care / resurfacing.

• Operate and maintain equipment such as auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines and vacuums.

• Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of all CEA manufacturing spaces assuring compliance with environmental controls.

• Support Maintenance department with building services support indoors and outdoors as required.

• Work overtime as required to support scheduled quarterly shutdowns and unscheduled work assignments.

• Complete entries in Inspection Record Log Books.

• Collaborate with team members and share relevant information.

• Assist in training and integration of new hires on departmental tasks and quality standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment including auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums.

• Ability to comply with safety, security, and SHE requirements.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Work performed in manufacturing and controlled environment areas.

• Overtime required during shutdowns as needed.
