As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams. You will act as a central point of contact for interview logistics and candidate support while maintaining data accuracy and compliance across recruiting processes.
You will be embedded within technology-focused stakeholder groups and recruiting delivery teams, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure all recruiting activities progress effectively and professionally.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams. You will act as a central point of contact for interview logistics and candidate support while maintaining data accuracy and compliance across recruiting processes.
You will be embedded within technology-focused stakeholder groups and recruiting delivery teams, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure all recruiting activities progress effectively and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to schedule interviews efficiently
- Coordinate interview logistics including onsite rooms, video conferencing, phone interviews, and Microsoft Teams details
- Manage interview reschedules and last-minute changes as needed
- Prioritize incoming scheduling requests based on urgency and workload
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders
- Facilitate travel and expense (T&E) requests and reimbursement for candidate interviews
- Act as a specialist for Talent Days / Super Days
- Candidate Concierge & Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
- Welcome and escort candidates for onsite interviews when applicable
- Proactively manage ad-hoc issues such as scheduling conflicts, delays, or interviewer no-shows
- Attend and participate in interview debrief calls when required
- Data Integrity & Process Stewardship
- Ensure compliance with established recruiting processes, procedures, and policies
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within recruiting systems
- Partner with broader and global Talent Acquisition teams on initiatives and special projects
- Interview scheduling and coordination experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally across all levels of an organization
- Prior experience supporting Human Resources or Recruiting teams
- Experience working in high-volume or technology-focused recruiting environments
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify solutions
- Experience handling candidate travel, expenses, and reimbursement processes
- Comfort learning and adapting to new technology tools and systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred but not required
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in coordination, recruiting support, HR operations, or administrative roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- 4+ years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations
- Experience working with ATS or recruiting systems (SmartRecruiters, Workday, or similar)
- Proven success supporting recruiting teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
