Title: Marketing Product Data Coordinator

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Summary: The Marketing Product Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining product data across multiple systems and platforms. This role ensures that product information is accurate, current, and accessible to support marketing initiatives, operational efficiency, and informed business decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain marketing product data, including categorization, specifications, attributes, and descriptions.

Data Entry: Accurately enter and update product data within databases, master data management (MDM) systems, and other related platforms.

Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold data quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with vendors, merchandising, marketing, and other internal teams to gather, validate, and reconcile product data.

Reporting: Produce and distribute routine and ad hoc reports detailing product data status, discrepancies, and updates.

System Support and Maintenance: Assist with the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and improvement of product data management systems and processes.

Operational Support: Respond to product data-related questions and resolve issues for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP platforms, MDM systems).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Data Management, or a related field.

One to three years of experience in data coordination, product data management, or a comparable role.
Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, and reports.

Ability to respond clearly and professionally to common inquiries from employees and stakeholders.

Ability to communicate information effectively to management and auditors.
Mathematical Skills

Ability to apply basic mathematical operations and interpret numerical data relevant to product information and reporting.
Organizational Skills

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Capable of coordinating activities and workflows across multiple stakeholders when required.
Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.

Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions presented in written, mathematical, or diagrammatic form and manage both abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills

Working knowledge of master data management (MDM) and product information management (PIM) systems preferred.

Familiarity with platforms such as EnterWorks and FileMaker Pro is a plus.
