Description:
The DashMart Kitchens Launch & Change team is looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and manage the process for launching new kitchens, concepts, and menu changes, and working with operators to resolve on-the-ground challenges. You will own project planning and implementation of launch & change tasks, as well as supporting cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners such as construction, culinary, marketing, training, supply chain, operators, equipment suppliers, and recruiting. In addition, you will proactively identify and execute on process and tooling improvements to get 1% better every day. This role will report directly to the Associate Manager, DashMart Kitchens (Launch & Change) - Strategy & Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build – Help grow and scale an exciting new business at our client.
• Empathize – Be a strategic partnership to our DMK operators to enable their success.
• Execute – Stay on top of moving parts and manage processes at the lowest level of detail.
• Improve – Identify and recommend new processes that drive better outcomes for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze - Use and build models to evaluate success and set new goals.
• Influence – Support dozens of cross-functional relationships including Local Ops, Real Estate, Facilities, Training and more to hit our goals

Required Skills:

• You have strong project management skills, including creating and managing project plans and leading several different projects at once.
• You have excellent communication skills that allow you to connect with a diverse array of stakeholders, and aren’t afraid to escalate timeline risks and other challenges to leadership.
• You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience directing the activities of a diverse project team.
• You have comfort solving ambiguous challenges, including working directly with on-the-ground operators.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
• You have 2-3 years of experience managing highly cross-functional and fast-paced projects
