Location: Aguadilla, PR

Responsibilities

• Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery.
• Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
• Non-technical teams provide support to internal and external customers and resellers via incoming customer contacts to the hp Customer Solutions Center through telephony or e-support methods.
• Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks.
• Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
• Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment.
• Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.
• High school education orequivalent. Typically requires 1-3 years general experience, or equivalent combination ofexperience and college leveleducation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support or solutions center.
• Experience working on remote support to internal and external clients.
• Practical knowledge in computers systems.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good communications skills (verbal and written).
• Customer service oriented.
• Domain on telephony and e-support systems.
• Multitasking.
• Fully bilingual
