We are seeking a program management–focused and detail-oriented Martech Issue Management (CW) professional to join the Biz Martech team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of data collection and personalization workstreams.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, conducting workstream stand-ups, tracking initiative status, identifying blockers, risks, and delays, and supporting pillar owners in building bi-weekly status reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Pillar Stand-Ups: Coordinate regular stand-ups with sub-pillar leads to track initiatives and timelines. Support the Pillar Lead in coordinating cross-pillar status readouts.

Project Management: Maintain a healthy and accurate project plan within the internal task tracking tool across the pillar.

Stakeholder Communication: Partner with the Pillar Lead to share updates and status reports with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date status readouts. Document and manage a RAID log. Ensure all initiatives within the sub-pillar have consistent and complete project documentation.
Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet analysis.

Excellent written communication skills.

Good understanding of project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira).

Working knowledge of marketing automation tools.

Ability to operate independently as a self-starter; highly detail-oriented and organized.

Strong analytical, data, and critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute tasks as needed.

Highly motivated with an ownership mindset.

Ability to adapt and optimize workflows based on new learnings.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and a proactive approach to implementing solutions.
Bonus Skills

Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud.
