Job Description
| Job Title: Facilities Receptionist Duration:1 Months (Backfill Role) Location: 502 Carnegie Center Drive, Suite 300, R&D Center, Princeton, NJ, 08540 On site in Princeton. Note that this will be an as-needed position. The dates of coverage for Princeton would be: January 21–30: Coverage (Wednesday to Friday, allowing the 21st-23rd for training) The goal is to establish a pool of candidates in both San Diego and Princeton to provide front desk coverage as needed. Please note that this role will not lead to a full-time opportunity in the near future—it is strictly a substitute pool. Ensure candidates clearly understand this expectation. Position Summary

| Skills: | Key Candidate Qualities: • Proven ability to interact with all levels of employees within the company and to serve as company representative, including an appropriate display of professionalism, diplomacy and judgment while answering inquiries and referring calls/visitors. • Solid PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. • Ability to handle multiple tasks while managing active reception desk. • Great Plains systems experience helpful. Scope: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk or hear in a standard office environment. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. | |
| Education: | High school diploma and 2 years of related experience. Education and Experience High school diploma and 2 years of related experience. Position requires office/clerical experience including exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered. | |
