Title: Data & Reporting Analyst
Line of Business: US P&BB
Contract duration: 12 months (Possibility of conversion/extension)
Working hours: 9am-5pm CST
Location: Chicago IL
Hybrid work requirements: 4x a week in office

Role Mandate:
To deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights through advanced Excel-based reporting and data analysis, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence within the Mass Affluent Premiere Banking segment.

Team Structure:
This is an independent role, but there will be collaboration with the HM. There will be no broader team of direct peers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analysis of incoming data
• Tracking investment sales
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Must Have Skills:

• Expert excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, sum formulas, count ifs, etc.) This is the most important metric as this role is heavily excel based. Please include all advanced excel experience in the resume.

Nice to Have Skills:

• MS Access experience
• Previous retail banking experience

Interviews:

• 2 rounds over teams, 1 hr with HM’s colleague and 30 min with HM
