Job Description

Role: Project Coordinator
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: 100% Remote
 
Description:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with a Project Delivery Manager to assist with project-related tasks, research, documentation, and day-to-day operations. This dynamic role involves shadowing, facilitate meetings, and supporting project delivery efforts across multiple initiatives.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.
  • Follow up on project quality measures and artifacts.
  • Manage and build relationships with multiple teams.
  • Analyze project data and produce progress reports.
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative functions and processes.
  • Assist Project Managers with various tasks related to managing their portfolio.
  • Coordinate minor projects.
  • Run meetings in the absence of the Project Delivery Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and project activities.
  • Plan meetings and organize project logistics.
  • Support documentation efforts, including planning materials and progress reports.
  • Take meeting minutes and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
 
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Health Care Administration, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of project coordination experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite); experience with ServiceNow PPM is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the Project Management Life Cycle (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build respectful relationships across teams.
  • Strong adaptability to changing environments and timelines.
  • Confidence in navigating new environments and situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage shifting priorities.
