Position Title: Manufacturing Operator
Work Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule:Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary:
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures.
Background & Context:
This role ensures the production of medical and diagnostic products, focusing on the integration of components to maintain product integrity and meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products following specifications
• Accurately assemble components according to work instructions
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete builds efficiently and precisely
• Maintain production efficiency by following standardized procedures
• Monitor workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets while minimizing downtime
• Perform quality control tests by inspecting raw materials, subassemblies, and finished products
• Manage inventory to support uninterrupted production
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Report issues to supervisors promptly
Qualification & Experience:
• 5+ years in the manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in industry tools/software
• High School Diploma / GED required
• Ability to maintain prompt, regular, and reliable attendance
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Standing for 8 hours per day
Additional Information:
This is a fully onsite role in Santa Clara, CA, requiring Monday-Friday work hours from 7am-3:30pm.
