Job Title: Quality Control Tech
Location: Orangeburg New York 10962
Duration: 3 months
Shift time: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Description:

• This is a Metrology based position involving the use of various hand tools and some semi-automated tools (calipers, micrometers, surface roughness gages, etc.).
• The position will encompass the 3 depts that make up Quality Control (Final Inspection, Incoming/In-Process inspection and NDT – Non Destructive Testing).

Qualifications:

• Nice to have experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Interest in learning various equipment in the 3 departments.   
• The ability to read blueprints would be helpful but not necessary.
• Would be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Must Haves:

• Ability to work in a fast paced technical environment.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs on your own. 
• Comfortable using computers.
