Engineering Project Coordinator III
REMOTE (PST Preferred)

Role Overview
  • As a highly skilled Engineering Project Coordinator you will lead the process adoption and optimization for hardware teams managing New Technology Introduction (NTI) initiatives within Wearables Devices. This role will drive process standardization, tool integration, reporting, dashboard, and best practices to enable efficient hardware NTI development and cross-functional collaboration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Monthly Leadership Updates: in partnership with pillar leads consolidate and deliver concise monthly status reports to CVP leadership, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and key decisions.
  • Develop and Maintain NTI Processes: Design, implement, and continuously improve the process for New Technology Introduction (NTI) within Wearables Devices. Facilitate the sharing of NTI best practices and updates across the organization to drive alignment and transparency.
  • NTI Database Management & Data Hygiene: Oversee the NTI database, ensuring all Wearables NTIs are accurately documented and maintained. Champion data hygiene by establishing standards, performing regular audits, and developing dashboards to visualize NTI metrics and trends.
  • Facilitate Quarterly VP-Level Reviews: Lead quarterly review sessions with VP-level stakeholders to assess NTI progress, prioritize initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment across teams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, process improvement, or tool adoption roles, preferably in hardware product development.
  • Experience in building sustainable processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in AR/MR, consumer electronics, or hardware industries.
  • Knowledge of consumer hardware development lifecycles.
  • Experience working with contractor workforce models.
