Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Position Overview

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistical activities to maintain a timely and efficient supply of goods. This role includes oversight of inventory management, warehousing, and limited transportation coordination while ensuring compliance with internal requirements, customer needs, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in SAP-driven logistics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations to support production and distribution schedules.
• Oversee inventory control processes and maintain accuracy across warehouse systems.
• Coordinate transportation of raw materials, components, and finished goods (minimal focus).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with procurement, planning, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Utilize SAP to manage logistics workflows, inventory transactions, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
• 6+ years of logistics experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehousing and distribution operations.
• 4–6 years of hands-on SAP experience (required).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (pharma/biotech) is a strong plus.
