Job Description

Title:  Supply Chain Sr. Associate
Location: Easton, PA, 15001
Duration: 18 Months (Possible extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Occasional (approx. once/month; a few hours, sometimes evenings with advance notice)
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • ERP / WMS experience (SAP preferred)
  • Inbound & outbound warehouse operations experience (purchase orders, receipts, shipment flow)
  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
 
Description:
100% on-site role in a 3PL warehouse environment operated by Langham Logistics. This position supports raw materials and inventory operations within a regulated (GMP) environment. The role is execution-heavy and hands-on, requiring strong coordination with 3PL partners, manufacturing, planning, quality, and transportation teams.
Ideal candidates have practical experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, ERP transactions, and documentation management, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated environments. Strong Excel and Smartsheet skills are required.
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the raw materials receipt tracker, providing real-time visibility into receipt and quality workflow status
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor incoming purchase orders and inbound shipment schedules
  • Create and coordinate weekly outbound schedules, including delivery creation, inventory checks, and transportation coordination with 3PL
  • Manage all shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring accurate GMP-compliant records and data entry
  • Support on-site operations strategy in partnership with 3PL leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Investigate and resolve ERP and shipment discrepancies (quantity issues, incomplete shipments, transaction failures)
  • Lead or support SAP and LSP system integrations and prepare monthly dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate resolution of quality issues (damaged goods, packing list errors, temperature excursions)
  • Provide accurate inventory status updates and support complex inventory transactions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Support audits, inspections, SOP development, and regulatory readiness (FDA, cGMP)
 
Primary Objectives:
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements
  • Support and stabilize 3PL operations and integrations
  • Champion Operational Excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with logistics service providers to meet service level goals
  • Support regulatory inspections and audit preparation
  • Maintain required compliance training and SOP documentation
 
Basic / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Life Science or Business experience OR
  • Associate degree with 6+ years of Life Science or Business experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in GxP / regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management experience
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Advanced experience with SAP, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire
  • CPIM and/or PMP certification a plus
