Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial principles and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rebate and Incentive Review Process: Review claims submitted by partners, ensuring correctness in channel partner incentive programs.
- Partner Communication: Manage and respond to channel partner inquiries regarding claims, and payment status updates. Facilitate conflict resolution by communicating requirements for evidence submission.
- Data Management: Extract, manage, and cleanse data from varied databases to ensure accuracy for analysis and reporting. Address and resolve data-related discrepancies to maintain integrity.
- Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with teams like data matching for automation initiatives, test for gaps, and offer insights for systemic resolutions.
- Payment Discrepancies: Resolve payment discrepancies by applying financial acumen and analytical skills. Ensure all transactions align with established financial principles, pricing, revenue, and risk parameters.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Analyst, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Prior experience in data analytics, finance operations, or payments within the technology sector is highly valued.
Skills:
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of rebates, pricing discounts, claims and payments.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with channel partners, internal sales teams and other departments.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, and other financial tools for effective data management and reporting.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, with an ability to handle large datasets and complex systems.
