Job Title: Clinical Imaging Analyst (Cardiology/PACS)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary: The Clinical Imaging Analyst will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and break-fix requests related to cardiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). This role involves working in a ticket queue, providing customer service, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including doctors and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ticket Management: Handle incidents and break-fix requests from multiple ministries with diverse architectures and applications.
• Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous support to end-users, including doctors.
• Analytical Skills: Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• System Expertise: Work with various imaging applications and reporting systems, including Merge, GE, Philips, and McKesson.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors for technical support and escalate issues as needed.
• Prioritization: Prioritize responsibilities and manage stress in high-pressure situations, such as when critical systems are down.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in radiology or cardiology imaging.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with clinical imaging systems and applications.
• Education: No specific degree required; on-the-job training and relevant experience are valued.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
• Schedule: 9 to 5, supporting East Coast to Mountain time zones. No on-call or weekend work for contractors.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently but with access to an escalation team for complex issues.
Interview Process:
1. First Round: Conducted by the hiring managers to assess personality, resume, and fit for the team.
2. Second Round: Involves the escalation team to evaluate technical skills and problem-solving abilities through analytical questions.
Additional Notes:
• Contractors are expected to have prior experience and be able to work independently with minimal training.
• The role requires the ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively, especially in critical situations.
