Job Description

Location: San Juan, PR

Summary:
Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented analyst fluent in both Spanish and English. This individual will apply business processes and analytical skills in a dynamic environment to mainly support TCPR’s policies and procedures revision and publication operation. Additionally, the analyst may support the TCPR Legal & Compliance Department in statutory/regulatory research and process compliance testing as needed. The role will be essential in keeping TCPR’s policies and procedures up to date, ensuring proper revisions of all policy and procedure amendments, and documenting TCPR’s operating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update TCPR’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the proper revision of all policy and procedure amendments and implement necessary changes.
  • Document TCPR’s operating processes to determine overall business needs and interactions with TCPR departments.
  • Support the TCPR Legal & Compliance Department in statutory/regulatory research and process compliance testing.
  • Apply business processes and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of TCPR’s policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Support the Legal Manager and/or In-House Attorney & Compliance Manager with TCPR’s projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in policy and procedure revision, business process analysis, and compliance research.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • 2-5 years of relevant or progressive work experience in a similar field and/or industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business processes and compliance testing.
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to meticulously revise and document policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational abilities to keep TCPR’s policies and procedures up to date.
