Overview: The Associate Logistics Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate stock balances, issuing and receiving parts, and verifying cycle counts in stockrooms. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and knowledge of transaction screens to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock balances and issue/receive parts
• Verify cycle counts and perform error reconciliations
• Utilize transaction screens for verifications, corrections, kit issues, and more
• Interface with Program Analysts, Engineers, and other personnel
• Train new employees and assist in different stockrooms as needed
• Ensure proper packaging and handling techniques to prevent damage and injury
• Identify and question deviations to standard practices
• Sign off on Certification Sheets for spare parts
• Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a neat and orderly stockroom

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift parts and boxes weighing up to 65 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a real-time environment
• Knowledge of ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) handling
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics or stockroom operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
