As a member of the Enterprise Middleware and Online Security Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment. We're looking for a full stack Senior Software Engineer who is enthusiastic about learning new and existing technologies to deliver exceptional software solutions. Expectations:

• Lead technical teams in delivering highly scalable and reliable applications that meet business budgets/timelines while ensuring alignment to strategic technology vision.
• Deliver a best-in-class authentication solution for a high-volume transaction system handling peak volumes during market open. 
• Partner with Solution Architects and Platform Architects to ensure implementations meet the solution architecture and design.
• Understand, advocate and augment the platform principles, guidelines and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 8+ years demonstrated real world experience in object-oriented languages (Java w/Spring IO preferred)
• Knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture
• Excellent understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure and network architecture
• Strong DevOps Experience: Development and maintenance of CI/CD Pipeline
• Experience with No-Sql Databases, such as MongoDB
• Excellent knowledge of Software Design Patterns and SOLID principles
• Implements standard automation and software quality patterns based on industry best practices.
• Experience using Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution and with PaaS concepts.
• Proven experience using mocking frameworks and writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests
• -on experience with Agile, Scrum processes in planning, implementation and support of business application components and services, including change & release management

Position 2: 
Job Title: Senior Full Stack .NET/C# Developer (6-10 years of experience)
Location: Austin TX 5 days on site (after ramp can move to 4)
Duration: 12 months (opportunity to extend)

Job Description: The Senior .NET/C# Developer, with skills equivalent to 6-10 years in a comparable position, will serve as a hands-on lead developer in a dynamic, fast-paced, and Agile environment. This role is a part of the Online Security Technologies team, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting a mission-critical Authentication platform. The responsibilities are divided into 50% design and 50% development, requiring the successful candidate to contribute both as a coder and system designer.This position collaborates with a team of experienced engineers focused on the Agile development life-cycle and ensuring on-time, high-quality software releases.
Responsibilities:

• Lead Solution in the development and delivery of the organization's software products to QA,UAT and Production.
• Manage day-to-day activities and promote Agile software development practices within the team.
• Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders in Project Management, Business, QA, and Technology Operations to ensure timely and budget-friendly software project delivery.
• Work with Scrum Master and product owner to provide development sizing and cost analysis estimates.
• Collaborate with the product owner and team members in story decomposition, feature design, and task prioritization.
• Utilize automated software testing tools and frameworks, including test-driven development, to meet software quality standards.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration efforts to connect systems both internally and externally to Client.
• Assist the release manager in assembling releases and improving the release process.
• Help resolve needs and roadblocks identified by team members with the Scrum Master.
• Ensure the coordination of individual team deliverables to achieve product releases.
• Identify technology risks early and establish mitigation plans.
• Conduct periodic reviews and code quality improvement sessions with onshore and offshore developers, focusing on requirements specification and design methodologies.
• Prototype, validate, and create specific application solutions for business needs.

MUST HAVE:

• Proficiency in building server-side applications(API SME) using C# and .NET Technologies.

• Solution design and implementation experience for high availability, High throughput , high scalability Application
• Good understanding of the latest System Architecture and Development Standards and Guidelines.
• Experience in providing guidance and direction to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Provide hands-on development 
• Create artifacts for each project, including Software Architecture documentation, Technical Use Cases, and Code Review Packages.
• Hands-on experience with SAML and OAuth solutions (optional but preferred).
• Strong experience in developing and managing REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs in a transaction processing environment.
• Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Desire and passion for producing usable and scalable software using advanced development technologies.
• GCP/Docker/Kubernetes

• BS/BA/MS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Expertise in object-oriented analysis, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), design patterns, development, implementation, and maintenance.
