Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide daily production support to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and monitor released manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with transfer engineering and new product introduction teams to install and validate new equipment, and processes and launch new products into regular production.
• Create transfer documentation including MVP, pFMEAs, and Risk Assessment.
• Follow appropriate quality systems requirements for new equipment introductions including IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Maintain accurate records of processes, procedures, and performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
• Identify opportunities and implement projects for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Develop clear work instructions for easy understanding of process steps.
• Create test protocols and able to analyze data outputs.
• Support and coach lower levels to enhance team knowledge.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or similar.
• English advanced B2+ or C1 85-90%
• Experience: 7+ years in engineering management and in a manufacturing environment (electronical devices). Experience in people management.
• Ability to read electrical schematic/wiring diagrams.
• Understanding Lean and Six Sigma concepts, FDA QSRs, ISO standards, and the MDD
• Excellent Problem-Solving and analytical skills. Results and teamwork-oriented.
• SolidWorks skills are a plus. (3D CAD design software for modeling 3D parts and assemblies and 2D plans)
• Experience in Project management is a plus.
