The position reports to the Supply Chain Advisor and interacts with various levels of management across the organization.

Job Summary
The Master Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate, consistent, and compliant SAP vendor and customer master data. This role supports Supply Chain and Finance teams, ensuring data integrity and adherence to company policies. The position reports to the Supply Chain Advisor and interacts with various levels of management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the security and integrity of the organization’s network database, ensuring proper data integration and processing.
- Follow established master data governance policies and procedures.
- Review incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data quality control procedures.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of master data.
- Support risk management activities and assist in internal/external audits.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, standardization, and efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tax and banking documentation.
- Meet SLAs for processing vendor master data (new and change requests).
- Support vendor data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Accounts Payable on vendor setup and maintenance.
- Resolve issues related to vendor/customer master data.
- Provide excellent customer service when working with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Maintain documentation per records retention policies.
- Update and improve process guidelines and work procedures.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and control reports.
- Ensure controls are in place to prevent conflicts of interest.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school diploma required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in SAP vendor and/or customer master data maintenance.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP vendor/customer master data required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and management levels.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to work with urgency and flexibility.

Preferred Certifications
