- Experience in creating and promoting project vision and objectives within project team
- Manages project performance (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope, and with quality) for projects/programs of medium to large size or complexity.
- Experience in facilitating scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Experience in ensuring and facilitating collaboration with diverse project stakeholders throughout the project by using appropriate tools
