Job Description
Position Title: Financial Analyst IV
Work Location: Princeton, NJ 08540
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Position Summary: Prepare financial reports and analysis (Plans, LBE, LRP) for P&L and balance sheet metrics. Support financial planning processes and maintain planning calendars.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tools/templates for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Manage monthly financial performance metrics (sales, expenses, CCC, IBP).
• Provide financial support to Global Marketing; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and revenue tie-outs.
• Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and projections.
• Maintain finance scorecard and support cross-business analytics.
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis for senior management.
• Day to Day – month end close. PFN side of the business, consolidation, submission, working with corporate, division VP,
Qualification & Experience:
• Experience: 7+ years of finance experience in roles with increasing responsibility.
Key Skills

· Strong Excel proficiency
· Analytical and critical thinking · Financial modeling and data mining
GAAP knowledge
· Strong communication and presentation skills; collaborative team player, worked on global…

Preferred Experience
· Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
· Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
· Experience in global marketing finance support
· Backing background not a good fit
· Manufacturing experience background is a requirement
· Quality – problem solver, collaborate with finance counter parts
· Recent exposure to Fortune 500 is a Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
