CRM experience (Salesforce) – major plus.
We are looking for a mid-level designer to join our group as part of the Digital Rep Solutions team, focused on creating a better experience for our global network of employees. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and talented UX Designer who can deliver creative solutions to complex problems and improve existing experiences.
As a UX Designer, you will join a diverse team that takes pride in high design standards and values collaboration. Design decisions are made collectively, and designers are empowered to take ownership of work and think outside the box, regardless of skill level or background. Designs are grounded in user experience research, are WCAG-compliant, and follow an inclusive design approach using modern tools and trends.
You will have hands-on involvement in every stage of the design process, from research through final delivery, and will collaborate with fellow UX designers and researchers to develop new features and enhancements across multiple products. This role requires a thorough understanding of user needs and information architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end UX design, including user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Drive design direction aligned with user research insights.
  • Identify opportunities for design and process improvements and lead implementation efforts.
  • Communicate with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand goals, and present creative solutions.
  • Foster collaboration with product owners, designers, researchers, and technical partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Leverage and contribute to the design system and component library.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on the value and benefits of UX practices.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in UX design methods, deliverables, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and interaction techniques.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to guide user flows and interaction patterns.
  • Knowledge and experience with Accessibility (A11y/WCAG) standards.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong UX/UI portfolio demonstrating hands-on design experience.
  • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
