Position Title: Procurement Contractor - Marketing & Sales Support
Work Location: Cambridge, MA/Hybrid (8 days/month) Assignment
Duration: 6 months

Position Summary:
Assist category managers in managing procurement activities for marketing and commercial services (e.g., agencies, media, market insights).

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist category managers in managing procurement activities for marketing and commercial services (e.g., agencies, media, market insights).
• Support sourcing events including RFP development, bid analysis, and supplier negotiations, as well as supplier management activities, and contract lifecycle tasks
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records in procurement systems and track contract status.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct benchmarking, supplier research and spend analysis using procurement tools and available data
• Provide reporting and analytics on spend, supplier performance, and project management timelines.
• Track contract renewals, expirations, and troubleshoot issues with POs, invoices, SOWs

Qualification & Experience:
• Prior experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in marketing categories.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry compliance and procurement processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Sense of urgency with quality delivery
