- Leading the UAT workstream for HR for Project STEM.
- Partnering with the centralized QA Lead for the following activities.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders in the program team to define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with the QA Lead regarding validation of user stories and test cases.
- Help identify and recruit appropriate business users to participate in UAT.
- Coordinate UAT testing training for UAT testers.
- Ensure access for UAT participants.
- Monitor UAT test execution and progress; ensure UAT testers understand expectations and follow test scripts accurately.
- Track completion of test cases and help prioritize issue resolution during the testing cycle.
- In coordination with the QA Lead, escalate critical defects or blockers and collaborate with IT/technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve them.
- Provide regular updates on business testing progress, issues, and readiness risks to stakeholders.
