Job Description
Position Title: Art Director
Line of Business: Treasury & Payment Solutions
Duration: 24 Months (possibility of extension and FTE)
Work Model: Hybrid – twice a week
Core Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality graphics and visual assets for internal campaigns for new products and processes.
• Develop short videos, motion graphics, and light animations.
• Translate complex ideas into polished visuals (slides, one-pagers, infographics, thumbnails).
• Refresh and elevate existing creative consistently with brand.
• Partner with Comms to deliver visuals that improve clarity and engagement.
• Support ad-hoc creative needs for leadership and enterprise channels.
Working Style:
• Hands-on maker; not a strategist.
• Senior-level craft, fast turnaround, high attention to detail.
Must Have Requirements:
• 5–7 years in agency or in-house creative teams; financial services experience is desirable
• Strong portfolio across design and motion – portfolio attached (if linked provide website)
• Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Figma.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling abilities.
• Able to deliver fast, with minimal direction and rework.
Nice To Haves:
- FI Services experience
- Translating FI concepts to visual assets help to explain/bring interest
Interviews:
- 1st round with HM via MS Teams - 30 mins
- 2nd round with Senior Team member via MS Teams - 30 mins
