Job Title : Project Coordinator III
Duration : 4 months ( Possibility of extension or conversion)
Location : Nashville,TN
Shift : 9 AM - 5 PM


Overview
As a Project Coordinator with Global Operations Employee Experience (GOEX) team, you will support the end-to-end translation workflow that enables learning content for leaders across Worldwide Operations. You will work closely with global teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders while supporting GOEX Localization Services. This role requires strong organization, communication, and customer-focused project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans for all stages of the translation workflow.
  • Set up translation projects and complete administrative tasks in Translation Management System
  • Ensure incoming requests are clearly defined, route files to the correct preparers, assign tasks to linguists, and track timelines.
  • Manage daily workflows, including updating schedules, monitoring deadlines, and communicating project statuses via email and calls.
  • Organize and prepare pre-translation files, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
  • Facilitate review cycles and ensure feedback is incorporated into translation memories.
  • Provide first-level support to translation customers, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that values learning, ownership, and high standards.
Day-to-Day Work Breakdown
  • 50% on calls (team status calls, vendor/customer calls, internal coordination).
  • 50% independent work (planning, scheduling, preparing files, tracking progress, updating systems).
  • Morning status meeting with the team to align on priorities.
  • Frequent communication with internal developers to ensure required resources are ready.
  • Continuous updates to internal systems and project plans.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global teams or international customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Translation Management Systems.
  • Experience working with learning design or learning development teams.
  • Experience with Machine Translation and Post-Editing (MTPE) workflows.
Years of Experience
  • 2–3+ years working with global teams or customers.
  • 2–3+ years demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • 2–3+ years of proven organizational and time-management experience.
