Overview
The Product & Regulatory Operations org supports the Client's commitment to user and business safety, delivering operations for emerging and critical priorities. This role sits within XR Tech under Reality Labs, supporting large-scale data labeling initiatives for computer vision and GenAI use-cases.
We're seeking a hybrid Project Manager who can balance hands-on program management with data analytics and metrics stewardship. You'll own portions of our portfolio while strengthening our data infrastructure and insights capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management (50-60%)
- Portfolio Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of 2-3 program areas within the XR Tech data labeling portfolio
- Stakeholder Management: Drive proactive communication with cross-functional partners including product, eng, quality teams, and vendors
Operational Excellence:
- Lead weekly syncs and status updates
- Track and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal quality teams on vendor feedback and escalations
- Drive guideline updates and documentation
- Break down complex milestones into actionable work streams
- Issue Resolution: Manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution
Data & Metrics Stewardship (40-50%)
- Analytics Support: Partner with Metric lead on SQL queries, data pulls, and metric triaging
- Metrics Narrative: Develop compelling data stories for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Operating Reviews (ORs)
- Process Improvement: Drive adherence to core PDO data infrastructure and best practices across RL
- Insights Generation: Leverage RL data to surface actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making
- Cross-functional Representation: Represent XR Tech in org-wide metrics discussions and standardization efforts
- Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics frameworks
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management in tech, operations, or consulting
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis and SQL
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to leadership
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Experience with vendor management and quality assurance processes
Preferred:
- Experience with data labeling, computer vision, or AI/ML operations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Background in both program management AND analytics roles
- Familiarity with Reality Labs or XR technologies
- Experience building metrics frameworks and data narratives for executive audiences
Technical Skills:
- SQL: Intermediate to advanced querying capabilities
- Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced functions, pivot tables, analysis
- Analytics Tools: Experience with the Client's internal tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Project Management Tools: Asana, Jira, or similar
